  • Brewing tea is our favorite way to enjoy Cordyceps

    1: Boil water, then let cool for a couple minutes so the tempature is under 200F

    2: Steep 1-2g of cordyceps per 8oz of water for 10 minutes

    (We recommend starting with 1g to see how you feel, before progressing to stronger brews)

    3: Strain and Enjoy!

    + For enhanced flavor you can add peppermint, ginger, cinnamon, lemon, and/or honey to your brew

    * Cordyceps Flavor Profile: Nutty and slightly sweet, similiar to chestnut mushrooms
